Fantastic communication and effort to get the order right!!! When they had 10 out of the 12 bottles of the allocated bourbon I ordered, they reached out and offered a solid solution if the order couldn't be fully completed by day's end. They went the extra mile and managed to fulfill the entire order and ship it out. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days, especially with all the sketchy bourbon sites online. You can trust Flask Fine Wines to go above and beyond for you!!!

"Great packaging for the bottles"
The bottles were wrapped up really nicely. Excellent work! The items were just what I was looking for and couldn’t find nearby. Had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but that wasn’t on Flask Fine Wine. We live in a rural area, so a delivery trip is a bit of a trek. But once we got the package, we were super excited!

"Peter is Simply the Best!"
I had a hiccup with UPS not showing up when they were supposed to. I shot an email over to Flask, and Peter jumped right in to help. He kept me in the loop the whole time until the package finally arrived. Seriously, Peter was fantastic! If only I could replicate his level of customer service for my own team. He really took charge of the situation, even though it wasn’t Flask’s fault, and he was always in touch until everything was sorted out. Huge thanks to you, Peter!
